Are utilities included in the rent?

Yes, most of our rental agreements include essential utilities such as water, trash*, property security camera access, and parking spaces. This allows you to focus on your business without worrying about additional costs.

Can I customize my space?

Absolutely! We encourage our tenants to personalize their spaces to reflect their brand and operational needs. Whether it’s adding office, mezzanine, painting, lighting, bathroom facilities, epoxy flooring, HVAC, signage, or other modifications, we’re here to support your vision.

Do you provide Internet Service?

Where we are located there is currently not fiber. You will need to get your own Starlink system for internet.
